Maailman nivelrikkotutkimusyhdistyksen OARSI:n seuraava puheenjohtaja, Ali Mobasheri, saapuu puhumaan Kontinkankaalla pidettävään Brown Bag -lounasseminaariin tiistaina 12.3. klo 12 - 14. Mobasherin osion otsikkona on Biomarkers of extracellular matrix degradation and repair in osteoarthritis: lessons from fibrotic diseases. Seminaari pidetään salissa 101A (Leena Palotie -sali).

Brown Bag -lounasseminaarit ovat kaikille avoimia tilaisuuksia, joissa päästään tutustumaan eri tieteenalojen uusimpaan tutkimukseen ja käymään poikkitieteellistä keskustelua aiheiden ympärillä. Seminaarit on yleensä järjestetty Linnanmaalla, mutta tällä kertaa Brown Bag tuodaan Kontinkankaalle lääketieteellisen aiheen vuoksi. Tilaisuudessa on tarjolla lounasta.

The President-elect of osteoarthritis research society international visits in Oulu.

The President-elect of osteoarthritis research society international (OARSI) Ali Mubasheri visits the University of Oulu on the 12th of March. There will be a special edition of Brown Bag lunch seminars on Kontinkangas campus, where Mubasheri will give a keynote on the topic Biomarkers of extracellular matrix degradation and repair in osteoarthritis: lessons from fibrotic diseases. Seminar will be held in the lecture room 101A (Leena Palotie -hall) from 12 to 14.

Brown Bag lunch seminars are scientific forums in which researchers share their latest findings around a certain topic to audience. The presentations are then followed by interdisciplinary discussions. These seminars are open for all and lunch will be served.
