You will find the risk assessment forms from Terveystalo attached (both Finnish and English version is available). You will also find the letter with some instructions from Elina Vakkila, Terveystalo, attached.
The deadline for submitting the forms to me is February 1st.
It is important that as many as possible answers the questionnaires. The work is done for the benefit of us all!

Subject: Occupational safety and health risk assessment in BCO-Kieppi laboratories
Occupational safety and health risk assessment in BCO-Kieppi laboratories by Terveystalo (our occupational health care provider)
Terveystalo will carry out analysis of our working environment and evaluate the possible health risks in our working environment. We will soon receive risk assessment forms from Terveystalo both in Finnish and English. Each should fill
the risk assessment form and return to Pirkko Huhtala by February 1st.
The information is kept confidential. No name is needed and return the form as a paper version.
Forms are summarized and forwarded to Terveystalo. Terveystalo will visit BCO on
27th of February klo 9-11.00 In this meeting for us all Terveystalo will tell risk form results and interview employees. Later in March occupational health doctor Aino Laukkanen
and nurse Elina Vakkila from Terveystalo will come to check your working environment. Cores and research groups will be devided into three groups (let you know soon).

On the 7th of May klo 9-11.30 there will be one more meeting for us all in which Terveystalo representatives will tell the results of the workplace survey.
This risk assessment is done every 5-6 years and it is part of University´s routinely performed actions.
It is important that as many as possible answers the questionnaires. The work is done for the benefit of us all!
Note: The forms will be after all a bit different I talked about in the BCO Kieppi-Info Break. There was/is a problem in Terveystalo in getting the English version.
