BCO työtilassa, etusivun oikeassa reunassa, ”Reservations” otsakkeen alla.

Merkitkää varaukseen ryhmän nimi / varaajan nimi.

Ja mikäli kokous peruuntuu niin muistathan perua varauksen koska joku muu voi tarvita sen.

Ja neuvoa voi aina kysyä minulta.

The reservation for the 4th floor BCO meeting room 487B is available in Notio,

BCO workspace, on start page, on the right hand side, under “Reservations”.

Please mark on the booking: group name / the name of the person making the booking.

And if your meeting is cancelled please do not forget to delete it from the calendar because someone just might need it.
