BCO-Kiepissä kerätään hävitykseen viimeisetkin lyijyblokit, joita saattaa vielä olla laboratorioissa lojumassa. Tällä vältetään tarpeeton lyijylle altistuminen. Varsinaista käyttöä niillä ei ole, sillä radioaktiivista työskentelyä, jota
työtä varten ne alunperin ovat olleet, ei rakennuksessa ole.
Ilmoita blokeista Antille (antti.viklund@oulu.fi) niin hän kerää ne elokuun loppuun mennessä hävityskeräykseen.

Because lead is not a healthy material, all remaining lead blocks (those surprisingly heavy blocks) will be collected away from the labs where they still may be lying around. Originally they have been used in protection
from radioactive substances in assays no longer performed.
Please, if you know where there is one, please tell to Antti Viklund (antti.viklund@oulu.fi) , he will collect them away by the end of August when a common collection of lead
is transported from Kontinkangas. Thank you all!
