Biocenter Oulu has obtained scanner for the optical projection tomography- the 3D imaging technology for biological specimens (www.bioptonics.com).

We will arrange practical training on Optical Projection Tomography (OPT) on Friday 28.01.2011, starting at 8.30-15.00h in BCO 4th floor, room 487B.
Registration by 20.01.2011 to ilkka.pietila@oulu.fi or renata.prunskaite@oulu.fi. The participants of the training will get 0.8 credits. The number of participants is limited.
