Oulu BioImaging – OBI network workshop in April 10th 2013
The goal of OBI is to bring together scientists from different disciplines to apply and promote development of imaging technologies and image analysis within Oulu University.
OBI Day gathers biologically, medically and technically oriented imaging laboratories, whose expertise cover molecular and cell biology, medical and pre-clinical imaging, optoelectronics, machine vision, material sciences
and image analysis. In addition to the presentations and posters on the latest developments in the local imaging infrastructure, there will be invited talks outside of OBI, including Raman spectroscopy and Hyperspectral imaging, as well as update on national
and European imaging infrastructures given by Professor Eero Vuorio (Director of Biocenter Finland and the chair of FIRI committee).
