Tämä kysely on tarkoitettu laboratorioissa työskenteleville henkilöille perehdytyksen tueksi. Lähtökohtana on työturvallisuuteen ja työhyvinvointiin liittyvät kysymykset. Tulosta lomake ennen lähettämistä ja käy tarvittavat asiat läpi vielä esimiehen/perehdyttämisestä vastaavan henkilön kanssa.

Kysymysten vastaukset menevät tiedoksi työsuojeluvaltuutetuille ja työsuojelutoimikunnan sihteerille. Yhteenvetoja tuloksista voidaan käyttää perehdytyksen kehittämiseksi tiedekunta/yksikkötasolla. Tietoja käsitellään luottamuksellisesti, eikä tarkempia vastaajan henkilötietoja selvitetä.

This questionnaire has been intended support to the persons´orientation, who work in the laboratories. All these questions are related to occupational health and safety and well-being at the work. You can print this form before sending it and go through the necessary matters with your supervisor or the person responsible for a orientation.

The answers to these questions will be sent to the occupational health and safety delegates and to the secretary of the occupational heath and safety committee. The summaries of the results can be used to develop orientation on a faculty/unit level. The information is confidential and personal data will not found out.
