[Bco-kieppi] update the names

Dear BCO-Kieppi people, A kind reminder:

1. you should remember to update the names and phone numbers of the responsible people for cold rooms, freezers etc., by their doors, and have also the names with phone numbers who need to be informed in case of a "meltdown emergency" . 2. update also the names using your office by your office door
