Oulun yliopiston turvallisuusperehdytys on nyt julkaistu. Pääset suorittamaan perehdytyksen Moodlessa itsellesi sopivana ajankohtana, kuitenkin toukokuun 2026 loppuun mennessä. Perehdytyksen suorittamista edellytetään koko henkilöstöltä.

Perehdytys koostuu lyhyistä videoista, luettavista teksteistä sekä tehtävistä, ja sen läpikäynti vie arviolta 20 – 30 minuuttia. Perehdytyksessä käydään läpi turvallisuusasioita yleisellä tasolla. Perehdytyksen tavoitteet ovat: 

• Ymmärrät, miten turvallisuus liittyy jokapäiväiseen toimintaan yliopistolla ja kuinka voit itse edistää sitä.
• Osaat toimia oikein erilaisissa vaaratilanteissa ja tiedät, mistä löydät tarvittavat ohjeet ja tuen.
• Tiedostat turvallisuuskulttuurin merkityksen ja oman roolisi sen rakentamisessa.

Osallistu koulutukseen

• Oulun yliopiston turvallisuusperehdytys -Moodle kurssi löytyy Oskusta (henkilöstökoulutusjärjestelmä) hakusanalla ”Turvallisuus”.
• Kurssiavain: Turvallisuus
• Voit suorittaa koulutuksen Moodlessa itsellesi sopivana ajankohtana.
• Perehdytys koostuu lyhyistä videoista ja tehtävistä ja se etenee järjestyksessä vaiheittain osio kerrallaan.
• Kurssin viimeiseen osioon (Onneksi olkoon!) päästyäsi poistu kurssista ”Poistu kurssista”-painikkeella, jolloin perehdytys merkitään suoritetuksi.
• Tieto perehdytyksen suorituksesta siirtyy Osku-järjestelmään pienellä viiveellä.

Safety orientation of the University of Oulu has now been published. You can complete the orientation in Moodle at a time that suits you, but no later than the end of May 2026. All personnel are required to complete the orientation.

The orientation consists of short videos, text sections and tasks, and it takes approximately 20–30 minutes to complete. It covers safety topics at a general level. The goals of the orientation are:

• You will understand how security is related to everyday life at the university and how you can contribute to it.
• You know how to act correctly in different types of hazardous situations and where to find the necessary guidance and support.
• You are aware of the importance of a safety culture and your role in building it.

Participate in the training

• Safety Orientation of the University of Oulu -Moodle course can be found in Osku (the staff training system) using the keyword “Safety”.
• Course key: Safety
• You can complete the training in Moodle at a time that suits you.
• The orientation consists of short videos and tasks and progresses step-by-step, section by section. The estimated duration is 20–30 minutes.
• Once you reach the final section (“Congratulations!”), exit the course using the “Exit the course” button. This will mark the orientation as completed.
• Information about the completion of the orientation will be transferred to the Osku system with a slight delay.
