Dear all,
As a person in charge of the Incucyte, I have contacted the manufacturer and at the same time Ram is doing whatever we can to get the device working. We had the same problem last year and we had to send the machine to the manufacturer for repair. There might not be any fast solution this time either.
Please, do not try to do anything by your own. Cell and labor cost are probably much less than if we brake the machine and have to buy a new Incucyte.

Dear ALL, Yesterday afternoon I was told that the Incucyte was not working when we were going to use it for measurement of cell proliferation. I wonder if any of you has the expertise to help us to fix it as we spent lots of time to prepare and seed the cells on 96-well plates for experiments. We really do not want to just keep the cells under normal incubation over weekend.
