BCO -Kieppi -laboratorioiden tilat ja laitteet tarvitsevat vastuuhenkilöitä. Olen jo saanut muutamilta ryhmiltä nimilistoja, mutta paljon on vielä aukkoja. Olen laatinut Kieppi-laboratorioiden tilaluettelon ja merkinnyt siihen jo saapuneet vastuuhenkilöt. Toivoisin nyt, että täyttäisitte puuttuvat laitteet, niiden vastuuhenkilöt ja tilavastuuhenkilöt ja palauttaisitte listat (mieluummin paperilla) minulle ennen seuraavaa kieppi-johtoryhmän kokousta 20.11.2008. Mitä useampi ihminen osallistuu tehtävien hoitoon, sitä vähemmän se työllistää. Tarkoitus on, ettei vastuuhenkilö ole laitteiden korjaaja tai tilojen siivooja, vaan henkilö, joka ilmoittaa ongelmista esimiehille tai huoltohenkilökunnalle.
BCO - Kieppi laboratories need persons in charge for laboratories, common facilities and equipment. I have made an excel-file of our rooms and hope that you start thinking of possible spaces or equipment you can take care of. It does not mean that you personally repair devices or clean the rooms, but you check whether there are problems and report to your supervisors or technical staff. I would like to receive your responses before the next Kieppi board meeting on November 20,2008.
