Hi all,

If there are problems using the Certia (or other University IT-services) from your personal computer, Tietohallinto recommends using a Remote Desktop Connection for logging in to the Pursi server and using the services from there.

Especially using Personec ESS can be difficult if your computer has the newest versions of IE and Java installed.
