Dear all,

to keep our premises safe and clean, please, check these issues in your offices.

1. Computer cables should be bundled and lifted away from the floor. This is safer for your devices and makes cleaning easier. ICT people can help with this if needed.
2. Keep your extra clothes, shoes, and other extras in wardrobes. In case there is no space, please, store them elsewhere, and not on the floors or bookshelves.
3. Consider taking out the materials taped in the windows. They block the nice light flow, make cleaning of windows difficult and in emergency situations they may slower the checkout control teams. If you work on your computer with data that needs to be protected or otherwise do not want passersby to see what you are working on, it is possible to put a security screen protector on your screen.
