We will have training for ÄKTApurifier UPC10 FPLC protein purification system (GE Healthcare) on 21th June in Kieppi (the exact time and place will be notified later).
Lena Sandberg and Ville-Veikko Oksa from GE Healthcare will tell us about FPLC (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography) and ÄKTA protein purification design and workflow, but you are free to ask any questions considering specific applications.
ÄKTApurifier UPC10 is located in the Virus Core Laboratory in the 3rd floor and it is intended for chromatographic purification of recombinant viruses to be used in transgenic applications in the future.
