Maskisuositus yliopiston tiloissa kevenee
Oulun yliopisto keventää suu-nenäsuojaimen käyttösuositusta ja kasvomaskin käyttö ei ole enää välttämätöntä yliopiston tiloissa. Yliopiston suositus perustuu Pohjois-Pohjanmaan alueellisen
koordinaatioryhmän ja Oulun kaupungin päätöksiin. Yliopiston normaali toiminta luokitellaan pääosin vähäisen
riskin tilanteeksi.
Ohjeiden lievennyksen taustalla on Pohjois-Pohjanmaan paluu koronaepidemian perustasolle alueellisen koordinaatioryhmän 21.9.2021 tekemällä päätöksellä.
Kampuksille ei saa tulla sairaana tai epäiltäessä koronavirustartuntaa. Jokaisen vastuullinen toiminta myös vapaa-ajalla edistää yliopiston arjen sujumista mahdollisimman turvallisesti ja häiriöttömästi.
Oulun yliopisto kannustaa kaikkia työntekijöitään ja opiskelijoitaan ottamaan koronarokotteet.

The University of Oulu lightens the recommendation for the use of mouth-nose protector and the use of mask is no longer necessary on the university premises. The university's
recommendation is based on the decisions taken by the Northern Ostrobothnia Regional Coordination Group and the City of Oulu. It is estimated that the normal activities of the university cause low-risk for the spread of the coronavirus epidemic.
The Regional Coordination Group decided on 21 September 2021 that the Northern Ostrobothnia has returned to the baseline level of the corona epidemic which why some of the restrictions can also be released.
Please do not enter campuses if you feel ill or suspect coronavirus infection. When everyone acts responsibly, the everyday life on campuses is safe and the work and studies can continue without interruptions.
The University of Oulu encourages all its employees and students to take coronavirus vaccines.
