Yliopiston tilat ovat käytettävissä sellaisiin työtehtäviin tai sellaiseen opetukseen, jota ei voida suorittaa etänä. Kaikissa tilanteissa pyritään pitämään 2 metrin etäisyys ja työskentely- tai opiskelutilanteita ei voi suunnitella niin, että etäisyyden pitäminen ei olisi mahdollista. Suositus on tehdä etätöitä kaikissa niissä tehtävissä, joissa se on mahdollista. Flunssaoireiden kanssa on syytä olla erityisen huolellinen. Jos tietää altistuneensa koronalle tai oireet täsmäävät juuri siihen, kampukselle ei saa tulla. Oulun yliopisto suosittelee käyttämään suu-nenäsuojainta yliopiston tiloissa aina, kun se on mahdollista. THL suosittelee kasvomaskin käyttöä aina, jos samassa tilassa työskentelee tai oleskelee useampia henkilöitä. Suojainta ei tarvitse kuitenkaan käyttää esimerkiksi silloin, kun henkilö työskentelee yksin esimerkiksi omassa työhuoneessaan.

Tiloissa työskentelevän henkilön on noudatettava näitä määräyksiä:

* Sellaiset tehtävät tai tehtävien osat, jotka voidaan suorittaa häiriintymättömästi etätyönä, suositellaan tehtäviksi etätyönä. * Yliopiston tilat ovat käytettävissä työntekijöille sellaisiin tehtäviin, joita ei voida suorittaa etätyönä. * Jokaisen yliopiston tiloissa työskentelevän henkilön on noudatettava yleisiä turvallisuusohjeita, tilakohtaisia riskiarviointien mukaisia ohjeita sekä muita työnantajan antamia määräyksiä. * Työpaikalle ei saa tulla epäiltäessä koronaviruksen aiheuttamaa sairautta (altistuminen ja sopivat oireet). * Henkilöiden välisen etäisyyden on oltava kaikissa tilanteissa vähintään 2 metriä. * Jokaisen on huolehdittava säännöllisestä ja huolellisesta käsihygieniasta. * Suu-nenäsuojainta suositellaan käytettävän kaikissa tilanteissa, joissa se on mahdollista. * Kahvi- ja taukotiloissa on huomioitava turvallisuusohjeet, jotka löytyvät tilojen sisäänkäynneiltä. * Laboratorioissa ja pajoissa on huolehdittava turvallisuudesta ja etäisyyksistä sekä henkilöiden määrästä.

* Tasks or parts of tasks that can be done undisturbed as remote work are still recommended to be done as remote work. * University premises are available to employees for tasks that cannot be completed by remote work. * Working in the university premises no longer requires a separate authorisation procedure that was in place during exceptional circumstances. * Every person working in the university facilities must follow public safety guidelines, spatial risk assessments guidelines and other regulations issued by the employer. * Do not enter the workplace with suspicion of a disease caused by a coronavirus (exposure and suitable symptoms). * In all situations, the distance between persons must be 2 meters. * Everyone should take care of regular and careful hand hygiene. * The university recommends to use face mask on campuses in all situations where it is possible. * Guests can be welcomed with special care and taking care of safety and distances. This also applies, for example, the guiding discussions on thesis. However, it is not currently possible to visit the University of Oulu from countries that are on the Ministry for Foreign Affairs travel restriction list. * In coffee rooms, it is necessary to take into account the safety instructions that can be found at the entrances of the premises. * Laboratories and forges shall take care of safety, distances, and the number of persons
