We will have a Kieppi research seminar on Wednesday, the 22nd of October 2008 at 12 o'clock in the seminar room 116B, the 1st floor of the Main Building of the Medical Campus, Aapistie 5A. Risto Kerkelä from the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology will speak about 'Cardiotoxicity of tyrosine kinase inhibitor cancer therapeutics'. Risto has just returned from USA where he had a very succesful post doctoral research period at the Tufts-New England Medical Center, Boston and at the Center for Translational Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia.
