Contents *Introduction - (optical methods in Life Science, Optical pulse techniques (From continue wave to short pulse duration), attempts of realizations, theory, experiments). *Pulse light after lasers creation - ideas for applications with advantage, experimental realization. *Mechanisms of Pulsed Laser nanosurgery of cells and tissues. Ablation of Biological Tissues, Intracellular nanosurgery. Conditions of use. Experimental results. *Time resolve spectroscopy, lifetime measurements, Experimental realization of optical time measurements (steady-state, Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC), etc. *Lifetime imaging, Lifetime Imaging Techniques for Optical Microscopy, (fluorescence lifetime imaging-FLIM), Multi Photon Imaging, Multi Wavelength (TCSPC) Imaging. *Laser-assisted optoporation of single cells, transfection. Laser-Assisted Optoporation for Drug and Gene Delivery. Laser embryology.
