Koneen säätiön hakemusten jätössä on ollut ruuhkaa eikä sitä hakemusta pysty jättämään tällä hetkellä. Hakemusten jättöaikaa on jatkettu tänään kello 20 saakka. Eli jos jollakulla oli aikomus tehdä hakemus vielä viime hetkellä niin lisää armonaikaa on suotu, Jouni

Hei kaikki Matti Raumanin läksiäisiä vietetään perjantaina 30.9 kello 9-11 kasvimuseon kahvihuoneessa. Kahvi- ja kakkutarjoilu. Tilaisuudessa ei ole kiinteää aikataulua eikä siellä Matin toivomuksesta pidetä puheita, joten itse kunkin käyntiaika voi olla liukuva. Matin lahjakeräys on edelleenkin auki. Tuomas Kauppila puutarhalla ottaa edelleen lahjoituksia vastaan. Niillä ostetaan Matille Motonetin lahjakortti. Matti Raumann's farewell party will be held in the coffee room of the Botanical Museum at 9-11 on Friday (30.). Coffee and cake serving. No talks and fixed agenda. Jouni

Checking publications

Hello Folks, I have received some questions about the Excel sheet on publications that you should check. This is what I know: The source of the data is SoleCris. It is essential that you record your publications in SoleCris as it is the source that will be used both by the Ministry and by the University. The publication that is not in SoleCris does not exist. The list has been compiled by University Library and communicated by Pertti Tikkanen. The list covers years 2013, 2014 & 2015. Neither older nor later publications. The list should contain all publications that have any significance for funding: State Budget to University, University to Faculty, Faculty to the RU. The list is used for RU funding in 2017. Then we are in one RU, and you need not be picky for the RU/Department each year (but nothing stops you being so). Cheers, Jari Oksanen

Hello Folks, Päivi Tomperi of Faculty Office asked me to remind you that Finnish Academy requires Data Management Plan (DMP) with the application. Päivi Tomperi can help you with making DMP using the DMPTuuli interface. Please contact her if you think you need any help. You can also contact her with any other administrative issue while writing your proposal. Please remember to check the financial plan with Juha Waulu. This is very important. The most important thing, of course, is to write the research proposal. Administration is there just to help you with boring tasks. Cheers, Jari Oksanen
