Yliopistoa 14.3.2018 uhkaavasta lakosta on tiedote Notiossa: https://notio.oulu.fi/fi/Lists/Tiedotteet/DispForm.aspx?ID=120
Tiedotteessa todetusti työnseisauksen ulkopuolelle on rajattu seuraavat tehtävät:
1. Lakon ulkopuolelle jää ihmisten, eläinten, näytteiden ja elävien kokoelmien välttämätön hoito, työehtosopimuksen 4. luvun 20 §:n mukainen IT-päivystys sekä atk-runkoverkkopalvelujen välttämätön hoito siltä osin kuin kiinteistöjen ja elävän aineiston välitön turvallisuus on niistä riippuvainen. Lisäksi lakon ulkopuolelle jää sellainen tutkimustyö, jonka keskeyttämisestä aiheutuisi huomattavaa vahinkoa (esimerkiksi pitkäkestoinen tutkimussarja katkeaisi).
2. Lakon ulkopuolelle jätetään ulkomailla töissä tai konferenssissa olevat.
3. Lakon ulkopuolelle jätetään väittelijä, vastaväittäjä ja kustos.
4. Lakon ulkopuolelle jätetään yliopiston rehtori, vararehtorit, hallintojohtaja ja henkilöstöjohtaja.
5. Harjoittelukoulujen rehtorit ja vararehtorit.
Pyydän teitä ilmoittamaan viimeistään 5.3.2018 minulle jos meillä on työseisauksen ulkopuolelle rajattuja tehtäviä. Tieto tarvitaan tällöin lyhyen perustelun kera siitä, mikä työ on tällaista, sekä ketkä kyseistä työtä hoitavat.

As stated in the bulletin, from the strike the following jobs have been excluded:
1. Necessary care of humans, animals, samples and living collections, monitoring in unsupervised use of computers (in accordance with General Collective Agreement Chapter 4 Section 20) and necessary care of computer base network services to the extent the immediate safety of real estate and living material is dependent on them. In addition excluded from the strike is research the interruption on which would cause considerable damage (for example a long research sequence would break).
2. Employees working abroad on in a conference.
3. Doctoral candidate, opponent and custos.
4. Rector of the University, vice rectors, administrative director and human resources director.
5. Teacher training school rectors and vice rectors.
Please inform me by 5th March 2018 the latest, if there are jobs excluded from the strike. If there are any, we need the information on the work, short justification and who do the work in question.
