Valitettavasti yliopiston henkilöstöpäällikön tehtävät tuntuvat olevan kovin erilaisia kuin yksityisellä puolella ja tulin tulokseen, että haluan päättää työsuhteeni koeajalla. Toisin sanoen tehtävät eivät vastanneet kuvaani henkilöstöpäällikön tehtävistä, sillä yliopiston prosessit tuntuvat olevan hyvin raskaista ja pääosa työajastani on kulunut erinäisten dokumenttien käsittelyyn. Prosesseissa on paljon kehitettävää ja henkilöstöhallinnon resurssit hyvin rajalliset, joten muutos sujuvimpiin prosesseihin parempaan tapahtunee pikkuhiljaa, kunhan saadaan lisäresursseja HR-tiimiin. Hyviä kehityssuunnitelmia kun on jo ilmoilla, mutta vielä tarvitaan niiden toteutus, minkä myötä varmasti helpotetaan myös esimiesten työtä. Itse koen kuitenkin olevani ketterien yksityisten yritysten ihminen, joten en valitettavasti jää katsomaan, missä aikataulussa suuri laiva kääntyy. Työsuhteeni päättyy siis tänään, joten olkaa jatkossa henkilöstöhallinnon asioissa yhteydessä Tiina Pääkköseen ja välittäkää tämä tieto myös alaisuudessanne toimiville esimiehille. Kaikki keskeneräiset asiat pyrin välittämään Tiinalle parhaani mukaan. Kiitän teitä tästä lyhyestä yhteistyöstä ja toivotan teille kaikkea hyvää jatkoon!
