Erityisesti EU-kansalaisten tilanne on hankala, koska he eivät voi rekisteröidä oleskeluaan etukäteen ennen saapumista. Tämän vuoksi rekrytoivan esimiehen / yksikön yhteyshenkilön tulee huolehtia, että jokaisella Suomeen saapuvalla uudella työntekijällä on rajavalvontaa varten mukanaan: * Työsopimus (huom. hosting agreement ei tässä yhteydessä riittävä) * Oleskelulupa (jos saapuu maasta, josta edellytetään oleskelulupa) * EU-kansalaisella suositeltavaa olla myös rekisteröitymisaika varattuna Migrin palvelupisteeseen * Työnantajan perustelu maahan pääsyn välttämättömyydestä<https://tem.fi/documents/1410877/21219682/TEM_25012020_tyonantajan_perustel…>. Vaikka tieteellinen tutkimus ei pääsääntöisesti kuulu huoltovarmuuden kannalta kriittisiin aloihin, perustelulomakkeelle kannattaa kirjata, miksi työsuoritus ei voi viivästyä (esim. yliopiston xyz tutkimuksen kannalta kriittinen työtehtävä, tutkimusprojektin tai tutkimusrahoituksen vaarantuminen jne.). Lisäksi saapuvien EU-kansalaisten osalta tehdään hakemus erityisryhmään kuulumisesta, näissä tilanteissa ota yhteyttä henkilöstöpäällikköön hakemuksen laatimiseksi. Varmistathan myös, että maahan saapuva työntekijä saa yksiköstä riittävän tuen viranomaisohjeiden mukaisen karanteenin järjestämiseksi. Käytännön apua saatetaan tarvita esimerkiksi asunnon avainten hankkimisessa tai kaupassa asioinnissa karanteenin aikana. Viranomaisohjeet muuttuvat aika ajoin, joten ajantasainen tieto kannattaa tarkistaa alla olevista linkeistä! Particularly, the situation of EU citizens is difficult because they cannot register their stay in advance before their arrival. (Briefly in English below) Hei! Oulun yliopistossa otetaan käyttöön uusi opintojaksopalautejärjestelmä syksyllä 2021. Uusi opintojaksopalautejärjestelmä tulee korvaamaan palaute.oulu.fi -sivuston. Uuden opintojaksopalautejärjestelmän kehittämiseksi järjestetään työpajat tiedekunnittain. Työpajoihin ovat tervetulleita kaikki tiedekunnan työntekijät sekä opiskelijat. Olisi erittäin tärkeää, että koulutusdekaanit, tutkinto-ohjelmavastaavat ja johtavat koulutusasiantuntijat osallistuisivat oman tiedekuntansa työpajaan. The work programme drafts for Horizon Europe, the next EU framework programme for research and innovation, are currently being developed in the shadow Programme Committees. The documents are not official and therefore not publicly available yet. The draft work programs have outlined timetables and application topics for 2021-2022. Drafts are useful, advance information on the terms and priorities of future calls.
