Hello everyone,

As some of you probably already know, in a couple of days (4.4) we will have a training session with a QIAGEN representative for using the QIAcuity One digital PCR Instrument present in our lab (B166). Participants in the training are warmly welcome, and in case you would like to test some samples of your own - there is still free capacity on the demonstration dPCR plate, and here:

there is a quick-start manual for setting the dPCR reactions.

Planned start time is circa 9.30 a.m. with preliminary time schedule as follows:

10:00 – 11:30  preparing dPCR reactions and starting the run (Mol.biol. lab, B166)

11:30 – 13:30  lunch (break for the duration of the run)

13:30 – > analysis of the results and discussion
