Yksikössämme toteutetaan tänä keväänä lakisääteinen työpaikkaselvitys. Työpaikkaselvitys on ”työterveyshuoltoon sisältyvä toiminta, jonka avulla tunnistetaan ja arvioidaan työstä, työympäristöstä ja työyhteisöstä aiheutuvat terveysvaarat ja -haitat sekä tehdään ehdotuksia työympäristön ja työyhteisön jatkuvaksi kehittämiseksi, havaittujen terveysvaarojen ehkäisemiseksi ja torjumiseksi sekä työ- ja toimintakyvyn ylläpitämiseksi ja edistämiseksi”. Näitä selvityksiä tehdään joka viides vuosi.

Lisää tietoa tästä prosessista ja sen aikataulusta on oheisessa pdf-dokumentissa.  Valitettavasti dokumentti on saatu vain suomeksi. Työpaikkaselvityksen alkupalaveri on siis jo pidetty. Seuraavassa vaiheessa työterveyshoitaja lähettää työpaikkaselvityksen esikyselylinkin työntekijöille sähköpostiin (esikysely pitää sisällään terveystarkastuksen ja työyhteisökyselyn): 12.-25.4.2021. Työpaikkaselvityksen onnistumisen kannalta on tärkeää saada mahdollisimman kattavasti vastauksia tähän kyselyyn. Vastatkaa siis tähän kyselyyn kun saatte linkin sähköpostiinne. Keskustellaan työpaikkaselvityksestä myöhemmin yksikköpalaverissa.

Statutory workplace survey will take place in our unit in this spring. Workplace survey is one the activities “included in occupational health care to identify and assess health hazards and harms from work, the work environment and the work community, and to make proposals for the continuous development of the work environment and the work community, to prevent and combat perceived health hazards and to maintain and promote work and functional capacity.” These surveys are conducted every five years.

There is more information of this process and the schedule in the attached pdf-document. Regrettably, we have obtained the document only in Finnish. The initial meeting of the workplace survey has already been held. In the next step, the occupational health nurse sends a pre-survey link to the employees by e-mail (the pre-survey includes a health check-up and a work community survey) at 12.-25.4.2021.  It is very important that our employers answer to the survey. Thus, please, answer to the survey when you get the link from the nurse. Let’s discuss on the workplace survey later on in the unit meeting.
