Concerning the list publications. Pertti Tikkanen has send the following corrective:
"Tiedoksenne linjaus, että RAE2020:n ennakkoilmoittatumislomakkeen kohdassa "3. List of publications" (=Top20-julkaisut) on mahdollista ilmoittaa myös sellaisia julkaisuja, jotka on tehty ennen tutkijan rekrytoitumista Oulun yliopistoon. Tällaisen julkaisun sisällyttäminen Top20-listaan voi olla perusteltua, jos julkaisu on erityisen relevantti tutkimusyksikön vision kannalta. Tällaiset julkaisut eivät tule huomioiduksi bibliometrisissä analyyseissä eikä niissä tyypillisesti ole Oulun yliopisto tekijän affiliaationa".
Sjortly in english: "It is possible to include publications which has been done before a given researcher has been recruited to the University of Oulu, if the publication is especially relevant to the future vision of the research unit".

Dear all
Deadline for the preregistration for RAE2020 will be at next week in 18th October, 2019 i.e. we are already in a hurry to prepare the application. I have attached the preregisteration form. I will need some input from you especially to the following fields:
1.4. List of key words (max 10)
None this far
1.7. Suggested international panelists with no conflicts of interest None has been suggested this far to me. Could we, for example, use some experts used in Academy of Finland 2018 call? https://www.aka.fi/globalassets/30tiedepoliittinen-toiminta/bty_asiantuntija...
2. Abstract (max. 3000 characters), describing the key aspects of Unit's research. The abstract (i.e. a tentative summary of the research planned for next 5 years) should provide an overview of the scientific content, including the Unit's (1) future research objectives, (2) research material and methods, and (3) expected results and impact.
In the form there is now just now only our research emphasize topics from our www-pages (just to remind you). I will need some input especially from the PI:s on future research plans.
3. List of publications: Research Unit's maximum 20 most important publications (2013 - ) in terms of the research plan. The list can be modified later in the actual call. This far I have got suggestions for this list only from three persons. We will definitely need more.
