Oulun yliopisto on ohjeistanut, että yliopiston kaikessa toiminnassa lisätään henkilöiden välistä etäisyyttä. Tämän vuoksikoulutuksen lähipalveluissa ei ole toistaiseksi kasvokkain asiointia ja Kompassi palvelupiste on tästä syystä toistaiseksi kiinni. Palvelut hoidetaan etänä.
