Reminder: So tomorrow the unit's visit to the nature museum at 2:00 p.m. We will initially meet in the Satula meeting room of the Art Museum (Kasarmintie 9). After the presentation of the exhibition, we will continue from there to Tietomaa (Nahkatehtaankatu 6).

Vierailemme Tiedekeskus Tietomaan uudessa "Eläinten jäljillä"-näyttelyssä perjantaina 26.5.2023 kello 14 alkaen. Tapaamme ensin kello 14:00 vastapäätä olevan Taidemuseon Satula-kokoushuoneessa (https://www.ouka.fi/oulu/luuppi/kokouspalvelut). Siellä on tarjolla kahvia/teetä ja pientä välipalaa. Kerron siellä ensin lyhyesti näyttelyn suunnittelusta ja rakentamisesta. Sen jälkeen siirrymme Tiedekeskus Tietomaan 2. kerrokseen tutustumaan näyttelyyn, joka on erittäin hieno ja interaktiivinen (https://www.ouka.fi/oulu/luuppi/elainten-jaljilla). Tietomaa on avoinna klo 19 saakka, joten näyttelyyn tutustumiselle on hyvin aikaa.
Tarjoilujen tilausten vuoksi ilmoittakaa sähköpostilla minulle viimeistään keskiviikkona 17.5. tulostanne. Ilmoittakaa myös erityisruokavaliot; samoin jos haluatte kaura- tai soijamaitoa kahviinne/teehenne.
Hey everybody
We will visit Science Center Tietomaa's new "In the Tracks of Animals" exhibition on Friday, May 26, 2023 from 2 p.m. We will first meet in the Satula meeting room of the Art Museum across the street (https://www.ouka.fi/oulu/luuppi-english/meetings-and-conferences). Coffee/tea and a small snack are available there. I will first briefly talk about the design and construction of the exhibition there. After that, we move to the 2nd floor of Science Center Tietomaa to explore the exhibition, which is very nice and interactive (https://www.ouka.fi/oulu/luuppi-english/on-animal-trails). Tietomaa is open until 19:00, so there is plenty of time to explore the exhibition.
For catering orders, please notify me by e-mail no later than Wednesday 17.5. if you are coming to the exhibition. Please also state any special diets; the same if you want oat or soy milk in your coffee/tea.
