Tiedekunnan digimentorin tehtävissä tiedottelen teitä vielä digipedagogisen osaamisen kyselyn tiimoilta (osana kehityskeskusteluja, ohje). Tänä vuonna kyselyyn vastanneiden määrää halutaan aiemmista vuosista nostaa ja kerätä tietoa opetuksen parissa työskentelevästä henkilöstöstä laajemmin. Laadimme kaikissa tiedekunnissa ensimmäistä kertaa opetuksen digitalisaatio-ohjelmaa, kohti uusia yliopiston koulutuksen strategisia tavoitteita, huomioiden myös mm. kansallisen Opin.fi-palvelun tuomat muutokset. Kysely antaa tärkeää tietoa opettavan henkilöstön digipedagogisen osaamisen tasosta ja henkilöstön palveluntarpeista. Digipedakysely ei siis koske pelkästään päätoimisesti opettavaa henkilökuntaa, vaan kannustamme ja rohkaisemme vastaamaan, vaikka opetettavia kursseja olisikin vähemmän ja päätoimi olisi vaikkapa tutkijan työ. 🙂 Kehityskeskusteluissa kyselyyn vastanneella opettajalla on mahdollisuus myös nostaa esiin omaa osaamistaan, ylipäätään tiedostaa omia digipedavahvuuksia - kasvattaen myös minäpystyvyyden tunnetta opettajana. 

Pyytäisinkin teitä välittämään myös linkin digipedakyselyyn opettavalle henkilöstölle, viestiessänne heille kehityskeskustelusta ja Mepcossa täytettävistä lomakkeista.

Hi,

In my role as the faculty's digimentor, I would like to give some information to you related to the digipedagogical competence survey (as part of development discussions, instructions). This year, we aim to increase the number of respondents to the survey compared to previous years and gather information about the personnel working in education more extensively. For the first time, we are drafting a digitalization program for education in all faculties, towards the new strategic goals of the university's education, also considering the changes brought by the national Opin.fi service. The survey provides important information about the level of personnel's digipedagogical competence and their needs for service. Therefore, the digital pedagogy survey is not only for the full-time teaching staff; we would like to encourage and motivate personnell to respond, even if they had fewer courses to teach and the primary role was e.g. a researcher. 🙂 In development discussions, teachers who respond to the survey also have an opportunity to highlight their own skills and become aware of their digipedagogical strengths - thus increasing their sense of self-efficacy as teachers.

I would kindly ask you to provide a link to the digital pedagogy survey for the teaching staff when communicating with them about the development discussion and the forms to be filled out in Mepco.
