jos biologian käytävällä ei ole vapaana yksittäistä työskentelytilaa erillisjärjestelyjä vaativille tenttijöille (rauhallinen tila, lisätuntitarve tenttiin), voitte varata erillisen tenttitilan TK110.

Tilassa ei ole kameravalvontaa vaan kaksi huonetta, jossa toisessa voi olla yksi opiskelija ja toisessa huoneessa valvoja. Jos valvotte itse varsinaisen tentin, niin värvätkää joku valvomaan samanaikaisesti olevaa erillistenttiä.

Varaaminen tapahtuu Outlook -kalenteri kautta: Open calendar -> From room list -> TK110 / 1 paikka

Jos samaan tenttiin on tulossa useampi erillisjärjestelyjä tarvitseva opiskelija, niin ottakaa minuun yhteyttä, yritetään löytää jokin kokoushuone yliopistolta ko. ajaksi.

If there is no free rooms at the biology corridor for the students who’ll need special arrangements for their exams (undisturbed space, extra hour for the exam) you can book special exam room TK110. There is no camera surveillance only two rooms, one for the examiner and one for student. Recruit other invigilator to this room if you are  the same time in the actual exam hall.

If there is more than one student who’ll need special exam arrangements please contact me and I’ll try to find meeting room for the exam.

These student has to show special arrangements form which the university’s study psychologist has signed Special Arrangements forms page.
