The award is available for visits of 3-9 months, and it includes a monthly grant of 4 500 EUR, a one-time travel allowance of 1 800 USD, a residence permit allowance, housing,

COE is a research community that is striving for or already at the international forefront of research in its field. CoEs may consist of one or more research teams. The CoE
programmes contribute to the renewal of science by supplying new research topics, new methods and approaches, and new research teams. The eight-year CoE term is split into two parts (5 + 3 years). Funding: up to €65m for 1st five[1]year

Call for proposals for Nordic Research Networks
in Preparedness and Resilience DL 5.9.2024
The overall aim of the call is to support research networks that can provide a broad knowledgebase for strengthening Nordic preparedness and resilience to future crises, including
the management of responses. Applicants are invited to apply for maximum NOK 3 million to establish a Nordic research network with a duration of 3 years. The intention is to provide funding for 7 networks. The funding covers 50% of the costs.
Applicants are asked to address pressing questions in preparedness and resilience relating to key thematic areas such as:
The call will support:
- Cross- or interdisciplinary approaches: natural sciences, social sciences, humanities, engineering, and public health.
-Cross-sectorial perspectives, actors from different sectors of society.
-Collaboration with key actors outside of academia (collaboration, co-creation)
-Comparative research approaches analysing the varying preparedness and resilience practices assessing policy effectiveness, and identifying best practice.

consortia for EU calls on antimicrobial resistance (AMR) DL 19.9.2024
Funding for preparatory projects with the purpose of forming multisectoral and transdisciplinary Nordic research consortia to participate in successful proposals for EU calls
on antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
Funding for two to four Nordic knowledge-sharing and capacity-building networks for researchers working with research relevant to Indigenous peoples and/or research. The amount
of funding available to Nordic partners in a network is up to NOK 1 million. Funded networks shall have a duration of two years. The networks are expected to: operate across the Nordic countries, subjects and disciplines arrange seminars, webinars, workshops,
courses, and other activities suitable to spread and build knowledge and awareness related to Indigenous research.
