· Finnish Foundations within the Post Doc Pool application roundhttps://postdocpooli.fi/how-to-apply/ will take place from 15 August until 15 September. The grants awarded from Säätiöiden post doc -pooli (The Finnish Foundations’ Post Doc Pool) are intended for scholars, who have recently completed their doctoral degree and wish to conduct research abroad from Finland for at least one academic year. Grants may also be awarded for periods longer than one year. They are also available for non-Finnish nationals.

Kone Foundation awards annual grants for research and the arts, as well as projects combining the two. The Foundation seeks bold initiatives, by which we mean the ability to view current concepts from a different perspective – and to challenge them.
