The INTERACT Association has a call for early-career researchers for making visits to northern research stations in 2026: https://www.interactassociation.org/access-program

 

Up to 15 000 euros can be applied for per project, for covering access, travel, and logistics costs, the deadline is 13.6.2025.

 

This can be an opportunity for someone wishing to do research work at Svanhovd Research Station in northernmost Norway (https://maps.app.goo.gl/KikpjhTKm3XxSdCH7). We have a genetics lab and ample opportunities for field work in different subarctic and arctic habitats.
