I’m happy to inform you that our unit has a new Digital PCR instrument provided by funding from the ANTS programme for lab infrastructure development. For everyone interested in Digital PCR, there will be a system introduction/ workshop for the QIAcuity One Instrument (Qiagen) on Wed, 15.2. starting from 9:30 at the coffee room (B235).

Preliminary AGENDA

09:30 – 10:30  Basics about QIAcuity and operation (coffee room, B235)

10:30 – 12:00  Preparing dPCR reactions and starting the run (Mol.biol. lab, B166)

12:00 – 14:00  Lunch (break for the duration of the run)

14:00 – 16:00 Analysis of the Results, and Discussion
