mahdollisia yhteistyökuviota, jos teillä on kiinnostusta esim. hakea tuota ao. rahoitusta muiden kanssa.

Emily Choi is Assistant
Professor in Biology and her recent research has focused on environmental physiology,
reproductive success and effects of heat stress on birds (respiratory,
heart health, behaviour).
I also wanted to mention that we currently have an open call for applications to our partnership development fund – this could provide an excellent
opportunity for you to kick start collaborations. Jouni, here is the

- Applications open until 30 November 2025
- Max. funding available 10,000 Euros per application
- Primary applicant must be a University of Oulu employee
- Funding can be used to support, for example:
- Collaborative two-way visits aiming at developing new or deepening collaboration
- Preparation of joint projects and research plans
- Preparation of joint external competitive funding applications and publications in high-quality outlets
- Planning and organising joint seminars, workshops or conferences
