as also Petri reminded in his message (thank you!), there have been important changes in how invoices and travel are handled, in effect since beginning of this week!
The most importantly, the old e-mail addresses for invoicing and travel service desks don’t work anymore, and the new Service Desk addresses as of 1st of September 2025 are – use these only, otherwise your requests won't be processed.

Purchase and sales invoicing, as well as travel services of the University of Oulu, including team personnel, transfer to Certia on September 1st 2025. As a result of this change, our operating models for these services will change. You can read the previous notices related to the change through the links provided. What remains the same:

What changes:
* Sales invoice requests you will make through Certia's portal or by using the mass invoicing Excel (see Notice 3/4https://patio.oulu.fi/en/news/important-notice-staff-members-concerning-changes-purchasing-and-sales-invoicing-and-travel-1).
