Säätiöiden post doc -pooli 10-vuotias – uusi hakukierros käynnistyy
Säätiöiden post doc -pooli järjestää uuden apurahahaun ajalla 15.12.2019–15.1.2020. Poolin kautta myönnettävät apurahat on tarkoitettu väitöskirjan
jälkeiseen tutkimustyöhön ulkomailla. Ehtona on, että ulkomainen tutkimusjakso kestää vähintään yhdeksän kuukautta. Haun tulokset julkistetaan maalis-huhtikuussa 2020.
Säätiöiden post doc -pooli perustettiin kymmenen vuotta sitten edistämään tutkijoiden ja Suomen tieteen kansainvälistymistä. Tänä aikana pooliin
kuuluvat säätiöt ovat jakaneet noin 30 miljoonaa euroa Suomesta ulkomaille lähteville tohtoreille. 20 hakukierroksen jälkeen apurahoja on saanut jo noin 560 tohtoria. Heistä noin kolmannes on saanut kaksivuotisen rahoituksen.

The Post Doc Pool opens another application round for grants from 15 December 2019 to 15 January 2020. Grants awarded by the Pool are intended for post-doctoral
research abroad. The research period abroad must last at least nine months. Results of the current application round will be published in March or April
2020.
The Finnish Foundations’ Post Doc Pool (in Finnish
Säätiöiden post doc -pooli) was founded ten years ago to support researchers and Finnish research in becoming more international. During its first decade,
the Pool’s foundations have granted some 30 million euros to post doctoral researchers heading abroad from Finland. After twenty application rounds,
already around 560 scholars have received funding through the Pool. One third of the grants have been awarded for two-year periods.
Säätiöinfo: Työsuojelurahaston ja Kunnallisalan kehittämissäätiön rahoitus
Kunnallisalan kehittämissäätiön (KAKS) ja Työsuojelurahaston (TSR) yhdyshenkilöt vierailevat tammikuussa Oulussa.
