Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you in relation to a study entitled "Horizon 2020 -Improving User Experience". The study is being implemented by ECORYS www.ecorys.com on behalf of the European Commission. Please find a letter of endorsement from the European Commission here.
This study aims to improve user-friendliness, accessibility and usability of Participant Portal online systems for:

1. Registration of participants' organisation;
2. Preparation and submission of proposals;
3. Registration to participate as an independent expert.

We would really appreciate your support with this study. The results will be used to further develop the usability of the above online systems that will support the implementation of Horizon 2020.

The survey closes on April 21st. However, please can you complete the survey in the next few days so that we can receive some initial feedback. Thank you!

In addition, we are running a number of user workshops to test the above systems in Brussels from May 12th. If you would like to attend, please confirm at the end of the online survey.
