Dear all

The shared drive may have some other extension than S:\.  If you are opening Windows Explorer and then look for drive: lutk-yhteiset

Then from that drive open Biologia -> Yhteiset. The pdf-file is supposed to be in that folder.

If you are not able to save the file save it to your own computer and send a copy of edited file to me.

Edelliseen kyselyyn työtiloista sain yhden vastauksen (kiitos Chedly). Työpistekartassamme näyttäisi minusta esimerkiksi kuitenkin olevan edelleen henkilöitä, joita ei meillä ole enää töissä. Yritetään nyt siis uudelleen. Nyt työpisteen tarvetta kysytään kaikilta listalla olevilta. Merkitkää siis omalta (ja mahdollisesti muitten tiedossa olevien henkilöiden) kohdalta työpisteenne ja päivämäärä mihin asti olette käyttämässä tätä työtilaa jaetulla verkkolevyllä olevaan tiedostoon  S:\Biologia\Yhteiset\Toimistotilojen työpisteet 2018.pdf   viikon loppuun mennessä. Mikäli tietoa ei saada jonkin työpistekartassa olevan henkilön kohdalta, niin oletan, että tuo työtila on vapaasti käytettävissä kesäkuun alusta alkaen.

another attempt. And this time everyone is supposed to be answering. Thus, could you tick off  to the pdf-file on the shared drive: S:\Biologia\Yhteiset\Toimistotilojen työpisteet 2018.pdf  which one of the office workplaces you are using and until what date before the end of this week. If we do not get this information concerning a given person in the workplace chart I assume that the workplace is freely available from the beginning of June.
