Onko kenelläkään kiinnostusta/mahdollisuutta ottaa Ulmista tulevia vaihtareita tekemään Ulmin tutkintoon tulevaa graduaan Ouluun? Lääkis ja biokemia ilmeisesti hyödyntävät heitä labrassa… Aihe- ja aineistonlaatuvaatimukset sekä ohjausvelvoite voivat olla aika tiukat, toisaalta tuolta voi tulla hyviä opiskelijoita. Pääosin varmaan kesäaikaan olisivat tulossa.

under our current Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement, so far we have exchanged students who spend a regular semester abroad, following lectures, seminars etc. We are now dealing with the question if it would be possible to also send students for doing a master thesis in Oulu.

The background for this inquiry is that we have two professors who collaborate in the field of biology/biochemistry, but the professor in Oulu is a member of the faculty of medicine, and not the faculty of science, associated with the Institute of Biomedicine and Biocenter and the Medical Research Center Oulu. Would it be possible for them to send and receive students for a master thesis under our current agreement, or would we need to sign another agreement with different parameters?

Another problem could arise from the fact, that students from Ulm would probably not be in Oulu during your regular lecture period, but would need to choose other time windows outside the regular semester rhythm. How flexible could you be in this respect (regarding acceptance, immatriculation, housing, and maybe other issues I am not even thinking of?).
