Welcome to the Kvantum Science Days November 17-19, 2021
Place: Tellus Linnanmaa and online
The three-day seminar introduces the multidisciplinary research of the University of Oulu in the fields of technology and natural sciences, especially within the Kvantum Institute.
The first day, 17th November (Tellus Linnanmaa Backstage), introduces the
Arctic Interactions (ArcI), one of the University of Oulu´s interdisciplinary research profile themes on exploring environmental change
and human-environmental relationships in the Arctic. The first day also provides an open forum for the researchers, who wish to give a presentation about their studies. For doctoral candidates the seminar serves as a research plan seminar course.
The second day, 18th November (Tellus Linnanmaa Stage), introduces the Kvantum projects and their
outcomes of the project period 2017-2020, as well as the Emerging projects of the period 2018-2022.
The third day, 19th November (Tellus Linnanmaa Stage), focuses on the Kvantum project period 2021-2024
introducing the new projects and discusses the aims and goals for the period.

The Science Days will be organized both live at the Tellus Linnanmaa and online via Zoom. A link to the Zoom will be announced at the seminar web page before
the seminar.
