Upcoming Call for Proposals for Exploratory Networks within Social Sciences and Humanities

NordForsk will announce funding for Nordic exploratory research networks. Launching in January 2026, this initiative supports the development of co-operation between early-career researchers in humanities and social sciences.

Webinar video: Call for proposals on disruptive technologies

This webinar was aimed at researchers from Åland Islands, Denmark, Finland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden interested in the International Joint Initiative for Research Harnessing Disruptive Technologies to Address Global Challenges. 

The webinar covered the details, such as eligibility criteria for consortia with Nordic partners. NordForsk will host a second webinar and a live Q&A session after the call has opened in January.

Clinical trial gives hopes for better personalised treatment of inflammatory bowel disease

Innovative research into inflammatory bowel disease aims to improve the quality of life for patients who have a high risk of developing severe illness.
