Oulun yliopisto jatkaa Nature Masterclasses On-Demand -alustan tilausta. Kaikilla yliopiston opiskelijoilla ja henkilökunnan jäsenillä on maksuton pääsy alustan korkeatasoisiin verkkokursseihin 30.7.2026 saakka. 

Nature Masterclasses -koulutukset ovat suunnattu etenkin väitöskirjatutkijoille ja pro gradu -tutkielmaa kirjoittaville maisteriopiskelijoille. Kurssien kehittämisessä on hyödynnetty Nature Research -lehtien toimittajien ja asiantuntijoiden osaamista. Verkkoalustalla on yhteensä 27 kurssia, jotka tarjoavat tukea tutkimusprosessin eri vaiheisiin.

Oulun yliopiston käyttäjien keskuudessa suosituimpia kursseja ovat tähän mennessä olleet:
Väitöskirjatutkijat voivat ansaita opintopisteitä kurssien suorittamisesta. Verkkokoulutuksia on mahdollista myös sisällyttää Oulun yliopiston kursseihin valinnaisina osioina.

The University of Oulu is pleased to announce the continuation of its subscription to the Nature Masterclasses On-Demand platform. All students and staff members will have free access to the platform’s high-quality online courses until July 30, 2026.

Nature Masterclasses online courses are primarily designed for doctoral researchers and Master's students working on their theses. The courses are developed using the expertise of journal editors and experts from Nature Research Journals. The online platform currently offers a total of 27 courses that support researchers throughout the research process.

Doctoral researchers can earn credits for completing the courses. These online courses can also be integrated as optional components into the University of Oulu's courses.
