Johanna Honka and I just made an interesting observation concerning the unit’s laptops. We noticed that with “Biology” credentials, we could go to the o365 system of Jouni Aspi and me and read their emails. Well, one could think that we failed to log out previous time and that we somehow stayed logged in. But this is not the case. Logging out from the personal O365 system does not help. Even after that, anyone can go in our emails without any problems. It does not help to log out from the o365 nor the “Biology” user name, and even shutting down the whole computer does not help. Even after that, we could enter Jouni’s or my email without knowing his personal credentials.

It was another interesting observation that when I logged in using Jouni’s user name, it sometimes went to MY email! And no, I haven’t gone mad (yet). Johanna and a guy from lähituki can confirm this really happened.

Very safe system this O365!
