The student thesis portal Laturi sends messages to supervisors when they need to accept e.g. student research plan and supervisor contract. Without accepting, the process won’t proceed. Now we noticed that sometimes these messages go to
the junk mail, so please go and check if you have any of these messages in junk. It’s also a good idea to now go and check your students’ Laturi status.
To avoid this problem in the future, I advise you to create a Laturi folder in Outlook (in Finnish below):
1.
Select the Laturi e-mail and open the menu by right-clicking the mouse

Select ‘Rules’ -> ‘Always Move Messages From: no-reply@oulu.fi’
3.
Choose a Folder -> New
4.
Name: Laturi
5.
Select where the folder will be placed:
your.name@oulu.fi (top of the menu)
