HR has provided
new instructions for invoicing extra hours of teaching, i.e. if your teaching hours exceed what has been agreed on the work plan. It is noteworthy that “The compensation shall be paid based on an hourly wage, which can be calculated by dividing the employee’s
annual salary with the number 1600. The employee and the line manager cannot agree on a different wage, as the collective agreement dictates the compensation.”.
