Hi all,

as discussed in unit meetings, we are close to saturation point with office spaces, and some reorganization might be called for.

But first we need to have an accurate picture of the situation – so as the first step I ask that all PIs would check by the end of next week (26^th Oct)  that the group members currently working (or planned to start soon) are correctly marked in the board next to the photo gallery in the main corridor.

I will then proceed with a questionnaire to people using the large shared offices on how they view the situation.
