kanditöiden ja gradujen ohjaajat, ottakaa huomioon Laturin käyttökatkon vaikutus valmiiden töiden arviointiin. Neuvokaa opiskelijoitanne lataamaan valmiit tutkielmat hyvissä ajoin järjestelmään, jotta erityisesti kandityöt ehditään tarkastaa, hyväksyä ja arviointi lähettää lähipalveluihin study.science@oulu.fi Laturissa ei saa olla yhtään palautettua LuK-tutkielmaa tai gradua järjestelmän sulkeutuessa.

Käyttökatkon aikaisten töiden palauttamisesta ja hyväksymisestä tiedotetaan myöhemmin.

Uutinen Patiossa:

Oodi-opintotietojärjestelmän käytön päättyessä myös sähköisten opinnäytteiden syöttöjärjestelmä Laturin käyttöön tulee käyttökatkos ja järjestelmänvaihdos.  Nykyinen Laturi poistuu kokonaan käytöstä ja tilalle tulee koko opinnäytetyöprosessin kattava uusi Laturi.  

Järjestelmän vaihdosta johtuen Laturissa on arvioitu käyttökatko 11.10.–21.11, jolloin opinnäytteiden palauttaminen, hyväksyminen ja julkaiseminen ei ole mahdollista. Huomioi nämä asiat käyttökatkoon liittyen: 

• Laturissa aloitettujen opinnäytteiden hyväksymismerkinnät tulee olla ilmoitettuna koulutuksen lähipalveluihin 10.10. mennessä Oodi-kirjausta varten.  

• 10.10. mennessä hyväksytyksi ilmoitetut opinnäytteet julkaistaan Jultikassa noin viikon kuluessa. Tämä edellyttää, että tarkastajat ja hyväksyjät ovat ladanneet työn arvosteltavaksi Laturista ennen työn hyväksymistä.  
• 10.10. jälkeen Laturiin ei voi enää palauttaa opinnäytteitä, eikä järjestelmässä aloitettuja opinnäytteitä voi enää hyväksyä.  
• Käyttökatkon jälkeen kaikki vanhassa Laturissa kesken jääneet opinnäyteprosessit tulee aloittaa uudelleen uudessa Laturissa. Vanhasta Laturista ei siirry tietoja uuteen Laturiin.

supervisors of BSc and MSc thesis. Please take into account that your students will load their thesis to Laturi (see details below) in time. Especially the BSc thesis has to be evaluated, accepted and statement sent to study.science@oulu.fi before the brake.

There cannot be any loaded thesis in  Laturi when it is closed.

More information about the thesis submission and evaluation will be published later.

News in Patio:

With the discontinuation of the student and study information register Oodi, the current Laturi system for the submission of electronic theses will also be discontinued and replaced with a completely new Laturi, which will cover the entire thesis process.  

Due to the implementation of the new system Laturi will be out of use 11 October – 21 November, during which time submission, approval and publishing of theses will not be possible. Please note the following effects of the system downtime:

• All approval markings for theses already in Laturi must be submitted to an Academic Affairs service point by 10 October for recording into Oodi. 
• All theses approved by 10 October will be published in Jultika within one week. This requires that the reviewers and approvers have downloaded the thesis for assessment from Laturi before its approval. 
• After 10 October it will not be possible to submit theses into Laturi, and the theses already in the system cannot be approved. 

Once the system downtime is over, all thesis processes that were not completed in the old system must be restarted in the new Laturi. No information from the old system is transferred into the new Laturi.
