I have noticed several instances where people who booked meeting room B218 were unable to use it because it was occupied by someone else. To avoid this, please ensure the room is booked in advance through Outlook (via the calendar). You can find the room listed as B218 Varattava työpiste.

The room is the small “chamber” located inside the main office space 218.
