Hei, projektien vastuulliset johtajat ja projektipäälliköt!

 

Oulun yliopisto ottaa käyttöön 1.5.2024 alkaen uuden työajan kohdentamisen järjestelmän SAP CATSin ja luopuu SoleTM-järjestelmästä. Huhtikuun työaika on kohdennettava 30.4. mennessä ja kohdennukset on hyväksyttävä 3.5. mennessä vielä vanhassa SoleTM-järjestelmässä. Toukokuusta alkaen työaika kohdennetaan CATS-järjestelmässä.

Hello, responsible project leaders and project managers!

 

The University of Oulu will implement a new time allocation system SAP CATS starting from May 1, 2024, and will discontinue the use of the SoleTM system. Working time in April must be allocated by April 30, and the allocations must be approved by May 3 still in the old SoleTM system. Starting from May, working hours will be allocated in the CATS system.

SAP CATS instructions will be published in Patio on Monday, April 29.

 

Please also note the SAP CATS information and training sessions: Friday, May 3, at 10 AM (in Finnish) and at 12 PM (in English). Recordings of the sessions will be added to Patio.
