The Kaamos Symposium 2021 is a symposium organised by PhD students in the Ecology and Genetics research unit. The Kaamos Symposium 2021 will be held during 8th-10th December, on-site for presenters and via Zoom for audiences, from 09:00 AM to 4:10 PM. It is our honour to invite 20 researchers sharing their findings during the symposium. Please find the details of each presentation from the attached event schedule and abstract book. You will find instructions for attendees and presenters attached as well. You are welcome to join and leave at any time through this link.

Due to the tightened COVID regulations, the organising committee has decided to reduce the number of participants to 20 at all times, which practically includes only the presenters, chairs of the sessions and the organising committee members. This means all audiences should follow the Symposium online, the time and duration of presentations will remain the same.

Due to new Covid regulations, the garden party and poster session are cancelled. As a compensation for the poster presentation, we will put up the posters at the coffee room of the Unit of Ecology and Genetics (J-exit, 2^nd floor, Linnanmaa campus, University of Oulu) during the entire symposium from 8th-10th December, of course with some snacks! Please do spend some time for the posters, if not with the snacks.
